A guy from Santarem in Portugal made two videos of what could be a UFO.

His comments about the videos :

i was walking with my girlfriend and i saw a bright object at the sky and i filmed it. i made 2 videos of it until it disappeared. you can see it disappearing at the second video. the object was getting higher and higher and it isn’t a star. i dont know what this is. what do you think? the camera wasn’t focusing well, im sorry about that.

Two UFOs were seen over Karnal of Haryana, India on 8 July, 2007.
These UFO’s have been seen many times on that date, between 9 and 12 PM, in Karnal of Haryana and around.
The video was shown in TV news.

Recently declassified Soviet era government video shows the cockpit camera view, from a MIG 21 fighter aircraft, of a cigar shaped UFO in Soviet airspace.

This video shows the MIG 21’s cockpit camera view as three MIGs attempt to intercept the UFO. The video also features the obscured comments from presumably a Russian and American official.
